In the humid summer of 1901, under the warm Peruvian sun, a dream started to be real. Mr. Manuel Ventura, a spirited immigrant from Italy, found himself within the arid vineyards of Peru. With the heart of an entrepreneur and the knowledge of winemaking from his homeland, he founded a modest Pisco Bodega in the heart of Ica.

 With steady dedication, Manuel meticulously distilled the fermented grape juice into the finest Pisco, a craft he'd brought with him from the old world. His bodega became a refuge for those who appreciated the art of distillation, and his Pisco, a legend in the making.

As the years passed, Manuel's legacy flourished. His passion was passed down through generations, each one inheriting the secret family recipe and the strong commitment to quality. And so, the Jose Antonio brand was born, named in honor of Manuel's beloved son.

 Today, in the 21st century, it's Manuel's great-grandson who carries the torch. Guided by tradition, he blends the past with the present, producing exquisite cocktails that bear the Jose Antonio name. These cocktails are a tribute to the family's dedication and the finest Pisco, each sip a taste of history.

 With each pour of the smooth Pisco Sour, a cocktail reminiscent of Manuel's original creation, the spirit of this Italian immigrant lives on.
